Beginning at the intersection of Chief Thomas Drive and Chief William Drive; then westerly along the centerline of Chief William Drive and its extension to Chena River; then westerly along the northern shore of Chena River to its intersection with Noyes Slough; then northeasterly along the western shore of Noyes Slough and continuing northeasterly to College Road, along the City of Fairbanks boundary; then southeasterly along the centerline of College Road to its intersection with Community Way; then southerly along the centerline of Community Way to its intersection with Noyes Slough; then southeasterly along the northern shore of Noyes Slough to its intersection with Johansen Expressway; then southwesterly along the centerline of Johansen Expressway to its intersection with the extension of Nome Drive; then southwesterly along the centerline of the extension of Nome Drive to the Alaska Railroad right-of-way; then southeasterly along the centerline of the Alaska Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with an unnamed road; then southerly along the centerline of the unnamed road and its extension to Chena River; then westerly along the northern shore of Chena River to its intersection with Peger Road; then northerly along the centerline of Peger Road to its intersection with Phillips Field Road; then westerly along the centerline of Phillips Field Road to its intersection with Chief Thomas Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Chief Thomas Drive to the point of beginning.
