Beginning at the intersection of Farmer's Loop Road and Ballaine Road; then northerly along the centerline of Ballaine Road to its intersection with Yankovich Road; then westerly along the centerline of Yankovich Road to its intersection with Miller Hill Road; then southerly along the centerline of Miller Hill Road to its intersection with Alaska Railroad right-of-way; then southeasterly along the centerline of the Alaska Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with University Avenue; then northerly along the centerline of University Avenue to its intersection with Farmers Loop Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of Farmers Loop Road to the point of beginning.
