Beginning at the intersection of Airport Way and University Avenue; then northerly along the centerline of University Avenue to Chena River; then southwesterly along the southern shore of Chena River to the Parks Highway; then northwesterly along the Parks Highway to the northern shore of Chena River; then southwesterly along the northern shore of Chena River to the Tanana River; then southeasterly to a non-visible point on the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary, east of Wenrich Island; then southeasterly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to Bonnefield Trail; then easterly and northerly along the centerline of Bonnefield Trail to the northern shore of Tanana River; then westerly along the northern shore of Tanana River to an unnamed creek, west of Peger Road; then easterly along the thread of the unnamed creek to the non-visible extended centerline of Peger Road; then northerly along the centerline of Peger Road to its intersection with Robert Mitchell Expressway; then northwesterly along the centerline of Robert Mitchell Expressway to its intersection with Old Airport Way off ramp; then northerly along the centerline of Old Airport Way off ramp to its intersection with Old Airport Way; then northeasterly along the centerline of Old Airport Way to its intersection with Sportsman Way; then northerly along the centerline of Sportsman Way to its intersection with Airport Way; then easterly along the centerline of Airport Way to the point of beginning.
