Beginning at the intersection of Rock Creek and the Denali National Park boundary; then northwesterly along the Denali National Park boundary to Denali Borough boundary; then westerly and northerly along the Denali Borough boundary to its intersection with a sled road, northeast of 7 Mile Lake; then northwesterly along the centerline of the sled road to its intersection with FAA Way; then northwesterly along the centerline of FAA Way to its intersection with the City of Nenana boundary; then north along the City of Nenana boundary to the Nenana River; then northwesterly along the southern shore of Nenana River to its intersection with Wood River; then southeasterly along the thread of Wood River to its intersection with the Denali Borough boundary; then easterly and southerly along the Denali Borough boundary to its intersection with the West Fork Little Delta River; then southwesterly along the thread of West Fork Little Delta River to its headwaters; then west along a non-visible point-to-point line to Anderson Mountain and continuing northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Cody Creek; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Last Chance Creek; then northerly along the thread of Last Chance Creek to its intersection with Moose Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Moose Creek to its intersection with Tatlanika Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Tatlanika Creek to its intersection with a sled road; then northwesterly along the sled road to its intersection with Totatlanika River; then southwesterly along the thread of Totatlanika River to its intersection with California Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of California Creek to its intersection with Rex Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Rex Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Chicken Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Chicken Creek to its intersection with Moose Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Moose Creek to its intersection with Nenana River; then southerly along the thread of Nenana River to its intersection with Rock Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Rock Creek to the point of beginning, excluding all that area within the Anderson precinct, established at 6 AAC 108.100.
