Beginning at the intersection of Chena Ridge Road and Cripple Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Cripple Creek to its intersection with Chena River; then southwesterly along the western shore of Chena River to the Tanana River; then southeasterly to the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary, east of Wenrich Island; then southwesterly along the southern shore of Tanana River to a non-visible point south of Rosie Creek; then northeasterly to the non-visible extended centerline of Kallenburg Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Kallenburg Road to its intersection with Cripple Creek Road; then northerly along the centerline of Cripple Creek Road to its intersection with Potter Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Potter Road to its intersection with Becker Ridge Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Becker Ridge Road to its intersection with Festival Drive; then northerly along the centerline of Festival Drive to its intersection with Isberg Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of Isberg Road to its intersection with Cripple Creek Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Cripple Creek Road to its intersection with Parks Highway; then northerly along the centerline of Parks Highway to Alder Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Alder Creek to its intersection with Cripple Creek; then northeasterly and southerly along the thread of Cripple Creek to the point of beginning.
