Beginning at the intersection of Chena Hot Springs Road and Nordale Road; then southeasterly along the centerline of Nordale Road to Little Chena River; then southwesterly along the thread of Little Chena River to its intersection with Chena River; then southwesterly along the thread of Chena River to a jeep trail north of Canoro Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of the jeep trail to Columbia Creek; then northerly along the thread of Columbia Creek to the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then northerly and westerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to the City of Fairbanks boundary; then northerly, westerly, and southerly along the City of Fairbanks boundary to the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then westerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to the extension of Community Way; then westerly along the centerline of Community Way to its intersection with the Steese Highway; then northeasterly along the centerline of the Steese Highway to its intersection with Steele Creek Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Steele Creek Road to its intersection with Bennett Road; then southeasterly along the centerline of Bennett Road to its intersection with Chena Hot Springs Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Chena Hot Springs Road to the point of beginning.
