Beginning at the intersection of Farmers Loop Road and the Fairbanks Base Line; then southeasterly along the Fairbanks Base Line to its intersection with College Road; then easterly along the centerline of College Road to its intersection with the City of Fairbanks boundary; then southerly along the City of Fairbanks boundary to its intersection with Noyes Slough; then southwest along the western shore of Noyes Slough to Sandvik Street; then westerly along the centerline of Sandvik Street to its intersection with University Avenue; then northerly along the centerline of University Avenue to its intersection with the Farmers Loop Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of the Farmers Loop Road to the point of beginning.
