Beginning at the intersection of Farmer's Loop Road and Summit Drive; then northeasterly along the centerline of Summit Drive to its intersection with Skyline Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Skyline Drive to its intersection with Skyridge Drive; then northeasterly along the centerline of Skyridge Drive to its intersection with the Old Steese Highway; then northwesterly along the centerline of the Old Steese Highway to Engineer Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Engineer Creek to its intersection with Goldstream Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Goldstream Creek to the abandoned Alaska Railroad right-of-way; then southwesterly along the centerline of the abandoned Alaska Railroad right-of-way to Goldstream Creek; then southerly to a jeep trail; then easterly along the centerline of the jeep trail to its intersection with Ski Boot Hill Road; then southerly along the centerline of Ski Boot Hill Road to its intersection with Bruhn Road; then westerly along the centerline of Bruhn Road and its extension, continuing southerly to Grenac Road; then southerly along the centerline of Grenac Road to Pearl Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Pearl Creek and continuing easterly to the intersection of Old College Road and College Road; then easterly along City of Fairbanks boundary to Isabella Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Isabella Creek to its intersection with Farmer's Loop Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of Farmer's Loop Road to the point of beginning.
