Beginning at the intersection of the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge boundary and Birch Creek; then southerly along the thread of Birch Creek to its intersection with Bluff Creek; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Sixmile Creek; then northerly, easterly, and southerly along the thread of Sixmile Creek to its intersection with Yukon River; then northeasterly along the western shoreline of Yukon River to the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then westerly along the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge boundary to the point of beginning.
