Beginning at the intersection of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline and Fish Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Fish Creek to an unnamed winter trail south of Rogers Creek; then northerly along the centerline of the unnamed winter trail to the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then easterly and northerly along the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge boundary to Grayling Fork River; then southeasterly along the thread of Grayling Fork River to its intersection with Tikan Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Tikan Creek to the United States-Canadian border; then southerly along the United States-Canadian border to the Alaska Gateway School District boundary; then westerly along the Alaska Gateway School District boundary to the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary; then westerly along the Fairbanks North Star Borough boundary to Yukon Flats School District boundary; then northwesterly along Yukon Flats School District boundary to Moose Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Moose Creek to the intersection with the West Fork Tolovana River; then northeasterly along the thread of the West Fork Tolovana River to its intersection with Lost Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Lost Creek to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline; then northwesterly along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline to the point of beginning.
