Beginning in the median of Twelvemile Arm and its intersection with the median of Kasaan Bay; then southeasterly along the median of Kasaan Bay, excluding Kasaan Island, to a non-visible point due south of Grindall Island; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Clarence Strait; then southerly along the median of Clarence Strait to its intersection with the United States-Canada International boundary; then westerly along the United States-Canada International boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point west of Cape Muzon; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Bucareli Bay, including Forrester Island; then easterly along the median of Bucareli Bay to its intersection with the median of Trocadero Bay; then southeasterly along the median of Trocadero Bay to its head, excluding Madre de Dios and Ladrones Islands; then easterly along the centerline of a foot trail at the head of the bay to its intersection with National Forest Development Road 21; then easterly along the centerline of National Forest Development Road 21 to its intersection with Twelvemile Creek; then northerly along the thread of Twelvemile Creek to Twelvemile Arm; then northerly along the western shoreline of Twelvemile Arm to the mouth of Harris River; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the median of Twelvemile Arm; then northeasterly along the median of Twelvemile Arm to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Hydaburg.
