A portion of the Haines Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Haines Borough boundary and Mount McDonell; then southwesterly along the Haines Borough boundary to its intersection with the western edge of Garrison Glacier; then northerly along the northern edge of Garrison Glacier to the headwaters of Kicking Horse River; then northerly along the thread of Kicking Horse River to its intersection with Chilkat River; then westerly along the southern shoreline of Chilkat River to the mouth of Takhin River; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending across Chilkat River to the creek on the western shore of Chilkat River north of Takin River; then northerly along the thread of the creek to the Takshanuk Mountains ridgeline; then northwesterly along the Takshanuk Mountains ridgeline to its end; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Chilkat River; then northerly along the thread of Chilkat River to its intersection with Tahini River; then northerly along the thread of Tahini River to its intersection with the Haines Borough boundary; then southwesterly along the Haines Borough boundary to the point of beginning.
