Beginning at the intersection of the City and Borough of Juneau boundary and the Haines Borough boundary at a non-visible point due west of Lincoln Island in Lynn Canal; then southeasterly along the City and Borough of Juneau boundary to its intersection with the United States-Canada International boundary at Boundary Peak 79; then southeasterly along the United States-Canada International boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point due south of the median of Revillagigedo Channel; then northerly along the median of Revillagigedo Channel to its intersection with the Ketchikan Gateway Borough boundary; then northeasterly along the Ketchikan Gateway Borough boundary to its intersection with the median of Behm Canal and Burroughs Bay; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shore of Burroughs Bay; then northeasterly along the shoreline to the mouth of Grant Creek; then northerly along the thread of Grant Creek to its headwaters and its intersection with the Wrangell-Petersburg and Prince of Wales-Outer Ketchikan Census Area boundary; then westerly along the boundary to its intersection with the head of Santa Anna Inlet; then northerly along the eastern shoreline of Santa Anna Inlet to the entrance of Bradfield Canal; then north along a non-visible point-to-point line extending across the entrance of Bradfield Canal to a non-visible point in the median of Blake Channel; then northwesterly along the median of Blake Channel, excluding Blake Island to its intersection with the median of Eastern Passage, including Neptune Island; then northwesterly along the median of Eastern Passage, excluding Channel Island, to its intersection with the City of Wrangell boundary; then northwesterly along the City of Wrangell boundary to its northeast tip; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a non-visible point due east of Blaquiere Point at the intersection of Dry Strait and Sumner Strait; then northwesterly along the median of Dry Strait to its intersection with the median of Frederick Sound; then northerly, westerly, and southerly along the median of Frederick Sound to its intersection with the City and Borough of Sitka boundary in Chatham Strait; then northerly along the median of Chatham Strait to the southern tip of the Haines Borough boundary; then north along the Haines Borough boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Angoon and the area within the community of Hyder.
