A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Auke Nu Creek and the Glacier Highway; then southerly along the thread of Auke Nu Creek to its mouth; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Auke Bay; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the City and Borough of Juneau boundary in Stephens Passage, excluding Coghlan and Portland Islands; then northerly and easterly along the City and Borough of Juneau boundary to its intersection with the common boundary of the United States-Canada International boundary and the City and Borough of Juneau boundary; then southerly along the United States-Canada International boundary to its intersection with Mount Ogilvie-Boundary Peak 95; then southwesterly along the western edge of Gilkey, Theil, and Eagle Glaciers on the Juneau Ice Field to the western edge of Mendenhall Glacier; then southerly along the western edge of Mendenhall Glacier to a non-visible point due east of the headwaters of McGinnis Creek; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of McGinnis Creek; then southerly along the thread of McGinnis Creek to its intersection with Montana Creek; then southerly along the thread of Montana Creek to its intersection with Montana Creek Road; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the end of Spaulding Trail; then southwesterly along the centerline of Spaulding Trail to its intersection with Winter Trail; then westerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with Auke Nu Creek; then southerly along Auke Nu Creek to the point of beginning.
