A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Mendenhall Loop Road and Mendenhall Boulevard; then northwesterly along the centerline of Mendenhall Boulevard to its intersection with Aspen Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Aspen Avenue to its intersection with Portage Boulevard; then southerly along the centerline of Portage Boulevard to its intersection with Trio Street; then westerly along the centerline of Trio Street to its intersection with Julep Street; then northerly along the centerline of Julep Street to its intersection with Division Street; then westerly along the centerline of Division Street to its intersection with Riverside Drive; then northerly along the centerline of Riverside Drive to its intersection with a foot trail; then westerly along the centerline of the foot trail to Mendenhall River; then northerly along the thread of Mendenhall River to its intersection with Mendenhall Loop Road; then easterly along the centerline of Mendenhall Loop Road to the intersection of Mendenhall Loop Road and Glacier Spur Road; then southerly along Mendenhall Loop Road to the point of beginning.
