A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southwest corner of Lot 2A, USS1453, 2030 Glacier Avenue and a non-visible point to point line extending from Mount Juneau; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending across Glacier Avenue and Egan Drive to the northwest shore of Aurora Harbor; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Gastineau Channel; then northwesterly along the median of Gastineau Channel to a non-visible point due southwest of the mouth of Vanderbilt Creek; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Vanderbilt Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Vanderbilt Creek to its intersection with Lemon Creek Trail; then northeasterly along the centerline of Lemon Creek Trail to its intersection with Lemon Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Lemon Creek to its headwaters; then southerly along the western edge of Lemon Creek Glacier to its intersection with Observation Point; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Olds Mountain; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Mount Juneau; then southwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning.
