A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Douglas Highway and Kowee Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Kowee Creek to its mouth; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Gastineau Channel; then northwesterly along the median of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with the median of Fritz Cove; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the City and Borough of Juneau boundary in Stephens Passage; then southeasterly along the City and Borough of Juneau boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point due east of Colt Island; then southeasterly along the median of Stephen's Passage to a non-visible point due south of the mouth of Hilda Creek; then north along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Hilda Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Hilda Creek to its headwaters at Mount Troy; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Kowee Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Kowee Creek to the point of beginning.
