A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Glacier Highway and Switzer Creek; then southerly along the thread of Switzer Creek to its mouth; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Gastineau Channel; then southeasterly along the median of Gastineau Channel to a non-visible point due southwest of the mouth of Vanderbilt Creek; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Vanderbilt Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Vanderbilt Creek to its intersection with Lemon Creek Trail; then northeasterly along the centerline of Lemon Creek Trail to its intersection with Lemon Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Lemon Creek to its headwaters; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Heintzleman Ridge; then southwesterly along Heintzleman Ridge to its intersection with Thunder Mountain; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Switzer Creek; then southerly along the thread of Switzer Creek to the point of beginning.
