A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the end of the Mount Juneau Trail on Mount Juneau; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northwest corner of Lot 2A, USS1453, 2030 Glacier Avenue; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending across Glacier Avenue and Egan Drive to the northwest shore of Aurora Harbor; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Gastineau Channel; then southeasterly along the median of Gastineau Channel to a non-visible point south of the mouth of Gold Greek; then north along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Gold Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Gold Creek to its intersection with W. 8th Street; then northeasterly along the centerline of W. 8th Street to its intersection with A Street; then northwesterly along the centerline of A Street to its intersection with W. 9th Street; then northeasterly along the centerline of W. 9th Street to its intersection with Calhoun Avenue; then northwesterly along the centerline of Calhoun Avenue to its intersection with Gold Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Gold Creek to its intersection with Basin Road; then easterly along the centerline of Basin Road to its intersection with Perseverance Trail; then northeasterly along the centerline of Perseverance Trail to its intersection with Mount Juneau Trail; then northwesterly along the centerline of Mount Juneau Trail to the point of beginning.
