A portion of the City and Borough of Juneau described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of 1st Street and Gold Street; then northwesterly along the centerline of Gold Street to its intersection with 3rd Street; then southwesterly along the centerline of 3rd Street to its intersection with Main Street; then northwesterly along the centerline of Main Street to its intersection with 4th Street; then southwesterly along the centerline of 4th Street to its intersection with Calhoun Avenue; then northwesterly along the centerline of Calhoun Avenue to its intersection with W. 7th Street; then southwesterly along the centerline of W. 7th Street to its intersection with Indian Street; then northwesterly along the centerline of Indian Street to its intersection with Distin Avenue; then southwesterly along the centerline of Distin Avenue to its intersection with W. 8th Street; then southwesterly along the centerline of W. 8th Street to its intersection with Gold Creek; then southerly along the thread of Gold Creek to its mouth; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Gastineau Channel; then southeasterly along the median of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with the median of Stephens Passage; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the City and Borough of Juneau boundary at Point Arden on Admiralty Island; then southeasterly and northerly along the City and Borough of Juneau boundary to its intersection with Mount Ogilvie Boundary Peak 95; then southwesterly along the western edge of Gilkey, Thiel, and Eagle Glaciers on the Juneau Ice Field to the western edge of the Mendenhall Glacier; then southerly along the western edge of Mendenhall Glacier to the shore of Mendenhall Lake; then easterly along the northern shoreline of Mendenhall Lake to the north end of Glacier Spur Road; then southerly along the centerline of Glacier Spur Road to its intersection with Steep Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Steep Creek to its headwaters; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Heintzleman Ridge; then northeasterly along Heintzleman Ridge to its intersection with Lemon Creek Glacier; then southerly and easterly along the western edge of Lemon Creek Glacier to its intersection with Observation Point; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Olds Mountain; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the end of the Mount Juneau Trail on Mount Juneau; then easterly along the centerline of Mount Juneau trail to its intersection with Perseverance Trail; then northeasterly along the centerline of Perseverance Trail to its end; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the end of Mount Roberts Trail on Gastineau Peak; then northwesterly along the centerline of Mount Roberts Trail to intersection with a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of 1st Street; then southwesterly along the non-visible point-to point extended centerline of 1st Street to 1st Street; then southwesterly along the centerline of 1st Street to the point of beginning.
