A portion of the City and Borough of Sitka described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Kogwonton Street and Katlian Street; then northwest along the centerline of Katlian Street to its intersection with Kirkman Way; then northerly along the centerline of Kirkman Way to its end; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southwest end of New Archangel Street; then northerly along the centerline of New Archangel Street to its intersection with Halibut Point Road; then northeast along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southwest shore of Swan Lake; then northerly along the western shoreline of Swan Lake to its northern tip; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Lake Street; then northerly along the centerline of Lake Street to its end; then north along a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Lake Street to its intersection with the Tongass National Forest boundary; then southwesterly and northwesterly along the Tongass National Forest boundary to its intersection with Cascade Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Cascade Creek to its mouth; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Sitka Channel; then southeasterly along the median of Sitka Channel to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Kogwonton Street; then northeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point extended centerline of Kogwonton Street to the point of beginning.
