6 AAC 91.020. Application for registration to act as certifying authority

(a) A person may apply to the lieutenant governor for registration to act as a certifying authority for electronic signatures under AS 09.25.510 . The application for registration must be on a form provided by, or in the format specified by, the lieutenant governor.

(b) In the application, the applicant must provide information that will allow the lieutenant governor to verify that the applicant meets the requirements for registration in 6 AAC 91.010.
