6 AAC 40.070. Denial of applications

Applications for grants will, in the governor's discretion, be denied or deferred if

(1) the fund is exhausted;

(2) there are applications for grantee programs of higher preference or priority pending or anticipated;

(3) the applicant is not able to deliver the proposed aid, goods, or services effectively, efficiently, or at a reasonable cost;

(4) the magnitude of the federal funding reduction to the existing program is such that it will not substantially obstruct the attainment of program goals; or

(5) the grantee program is not appropriate for state funding assistance under ch. 125, SLA 1982.
