6 AAC 30.980. Validity of regulations

If a provision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, or if by legislative action any regulation loses its force and effect, that judgement or action does not affect the remainder of this chapter.
