Section 360. Withdrawal of complaint before conciliation

6 AAC 30.360. Withdrawal of complaint before conciliation

An individual complainant may withdraw his or her complaint at any time before the executive director certifies that conciliation has failed. After the commission's staff has determined that the complaint is supported by substantial evidence, the executive director must approve the withdrawal. Withdrawal of a complaint will not prevent an individual from filing a complaint that alleges a similar related violation of AS 18.80.
