Section 230. Preservation of election ballots

6 AAC 25.230. Preservation of election ballots

All ballots and stubs may be destroyed 30 days after the certification of the state ballot counting review unless an application for recount has been filed and not completed, except that ballots and stubs for an election in which a candidate for President, Vice President, United States Senator or United States Representative seeks office must be preserved for 22 months after the election.
