(a) The party district committee's recommendation of nominees for appointment as election precinct board members, presented to the elections supervisor as required by AS 15.10.120 , is final, and not subject to alteration by the committee, after the established deadlines.
(b) The list of names recommending nominees appointment to the State Review Board under AS 15.10.180 , is final, and not subject to alteration by the state central committee, after the deadline established in AS 15.10.180 .
(c) Repealed 8/23/2001.
