Section 10. Identification of poll watchers

6 AAC 25.010. Identification of poll watchers

(a) The director will distribute poll watcher identification cards to all election supervisors.

(b) Upon request, the identification cards will be distributed by the election supervisors to state or district party committees. Candidates not representing a political party, and groups sponsoring or opposing an initiative, referendum, or recall, shall request poll watcher identification cards from the election supervisor.

(c) The issuing authority shall countersign, date, and provide the title and name of the group represented in order for poll watcher identification cards to be honored.
