5 AAC 95.940. Exemption for emergency and police power activities

In an emergency, the commissioner may issue an oral permit for emergency or police power activities before receiving the completed application required in 5 AAC 95.700. A completed application must be submitted within the time specified by the commissioner, whether before or after the emergency or police power activity takes place.
