Section 215. Reporting requirements

5 AAC 93.215. Reporting requirements

(a) A permittee shall report weekly to the department the number and species of the fishery resources harvested under an educational fishery permit.

(b) Within 30 days of the close of the last fishing period authorized under an educational fishery permit, a permittee shall submit a final report to the department that identifies

(1) the students who successfully completed the program;

(2) the objectives of the program that were achieved;

(3) the problems encountered in the program;

(4) the periods and locations of fishing;

(5) the total fishery resources harvested by species and amount; and

(6) the disposition of harvested fishery resources.
