Section 75. Lawful methods of taking game

5 AAC 92.075. Lawful methods of taking game

(a) Big game may be taken by any method unless prohibited in 5 AAC 92.080 or 5 AAC 92.085.

(b) Small game, deleterious exotic wildlife, and unclassified game may be taken by any method unless prohibited in 5 AAC 92.080.

(c) Fur animals may be taken by any method unless prohibited in 5 AAC 92.080 or 5 AAC 92.090.

(d) Furbearers may be taken by any method, unless prohibited in 5 AAC 92.080 or 5 AAC 92.095.

(e) Nuisance wildlife may be taken by any method, unless prohibited in 5 AAC 92.080, 5 AAC 92.090, 5 AAC 92.095, or 5 AAC 92.100, except that the department may authorize in the the permit issued under 5 AAC 92.420 a prohibited method on a case by case basis.
