5 AAC 52.037. Freshwater guiding requirements

(a) In the Copper River drainage, a sport fishing guide while providing sport fishing guide services in fresh water may sport fish, but may not retain a king salmon, while a client is present or is within the guide's control or responsibility.

(b) Repealed 5/13/95.

(c) Repealed 3/30/2000.
