(a) All waters of the Norton Sound Section enclosed by a line from 64ΓΈ 24.00' N. lat., 166ΓΈ 15.00' W. long., to 64ΓΈ l5.00' N. lat., 166ΓΈ 15.00' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 15.00' N. lat., 163ΓΈ 30.00' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 10.00' N. lat., 163ΓΈ 30.00' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 10.00' N. lat., 162ΓΈ 00.00' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 15.00' N. lat., 162ΓΈ 00.00' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 15.00' N. lat., 161ΓΈ 30.00' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 00.00' N. lat., 161ΓΈ 30.00' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 00.00' N. lat., 161ΓΈ 15.00' W. long., to 63ΓΈ 32.00' N. lat., 161ΓΈ 15.00' W. long. are closed to the taking of king crab during the summer season. The commissioner may, by emergency order, reduce by small increments, the closed waters to no less than three miles from mean lower low tide to allow the commercial king crab fishery to efficiently obtain the allowable harvest of red king crab.

(b) King crab may not be taken in waters within 10 miles of mean lower low water around St. Lawrence, King, and Little Diomede Islands.

(c) From November 15 through May 15, the waters of the Norton Sound Section enclosed by a line from 64ΓΈ 30.17' N. lat., 165ΓΈ 28.07' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 27.13' N. lat., 165ΓΈ 28.07' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 25.50' N. lat., 165ΓΈ 17.45' W. long., to 64ΓΈ 28.55' N. lat., 165ΓΈ 17.45' W. long., are closed to the taking of king crab.

(d) The waters of Alaska surrounding St. Matthew Island, Hall Island, and Pinnacle Island are closed to the taking of king crab.
