5 AAC 31.165. Shrimp pot guideline harvest levels for Registration Area D

(a) The guideline harvest level for the taking of shrimp with pots in the waters described in 5 AAC 31.160(1) is 1,000 pounds for each month that the season is open. Any portion of a month's guideline harvest level of shrimp that is not taken during the month may not be added to another month's guideline harvest level.

(b) The guideline harvest level for the taking of shrimp with pots in the waters described in 5 AAC 31.160(2) is 2,000 pounds for each month that the season is open. Any portion of a month's guideline harvest level of shrimp that is not taken during the month may not be added to another month's guideline harvest level.
