5 AAC 28.505. Description of Chignik Area districts

(a) Sutwik Island District: all waters of the Chignik Area west of the longitude of Kilokak Rocks (156ΓΈ 20.22' W. long.) and north of 56ΓΈ 30.00' N. lat.

(b) Chignik Bay District: all waters of the Chignik Area south of 56ΓΈ 30.00' N. lat. and north of a line at 56ΓΈ N. lat. extending east from Seal Cape.

(c) Mitrofania District: all waters of Kuiukta Bay, and those waters of the Chignik Area south of a line at 56ΓΈ N. lat. extending east from Seal Cape, and east of a line extending 135ΓΈ southeast from Kupreanof Point (55ΓΈ 33.98' N. lat., 159ΓΈ 35.88' W. long.).
