5 AAC 28.404. Description of Kodiak Area districts

(a) Afognak District: all waters of the Kodiak Area south of the latitude of Cape Douglas (58ΓΈ 51.10' N. lat.), north of 58ΓΈ N. lat., and east of a line extending through Shelikof Strait from a point at 58ΓΈ 51.10' N. lat., 152ΓΈ 50.00' W. long, to a point at 56ΓΈ 37.00' N. lat., 156ΓΈ 20.22' W. long.

(b) Northeast District: all waters of the Kodiak Area south of 58ΓΈ N. lat., north of 57ΓΈ 30.00' N. lat., and east of 153ΓΈ W. long.

(c) Eastside District: all waters of Ugak and Kiliuda Bays, all waters of the Kodiak Area on the east side of Kodiak Island that are south of 57ΓΈ 30.00' N. lat. and east of 153ΓΈ W. long., and all waters of Sitkalidak Strait east of 153ΓΈ 16.00' W. long.

(d) Southeast District: all waters of Sitkalidak Strait west of 153ΓΈ 16.00' W. long., and all waters of the Kodiak Area south of Kodiak and Sitkalidak Islands, west of 153ΓΈ W. long., and east of 154ΓΈ W. long.

(e) Southwest District: all waters of Olga and Alitak Bays and all waters of the Kodiak Area southwest of Kodiak Island, south of 57ΓΈ N. lat., and west of 154ΓΈ W. long.

(f) Westside District: all waters of the Kodiak Area on the west side of Kodiak Island, south of 58ΓΈ N. lat., north of 57ΓΈ N. lat., west of 153ΓΈ W. long., and east of a line extending through Shelikof Strait from a point at 58ΓΈ 51.10' N. lat., 152ΓΈ 50.00' W. long, to a point at 56ΓΈ 37.00' lat., 156ΓΈ 20.22' W. long., but not including the waters of the Mainland District.

(g) Mainland District: all waters of the Kodiak Area south of the Alaska Peninsula, including Wide and Imuya Bays, and all waters south of 58ΓΈ 51.10' N. lat., east of 156ΓΈ 20.22' W. long., and west of a line extending through Shelikof Strait from a point at 58ΓΈ 51.10' N. lat., 152ΓΈ 50.00' W. long., to a point at 56ΓΈ 37.00' N. lat., 156ΓΈ 20.22' W. long.
