Section 320. Fishing periods

5 AAC 04.320. Fishing periods

The fishing periods for the subdistricts of the Norton Sound District are as follows:

(1) in Subdistrict 1, salmon may be taken during no more than two 24-hour fishing periods per week as established by emergency order;

(2) in Subdistrict 3, salmon may be taken from 6:00 p.m. Monday to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 6:00 p.m. Thursday to 6:00 p.m. Friday;

(3) in Subdistricts 2 and 4 - 6, salmon may be taken from 6:00 p.m. Monday to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 6:00 p.m. Thursday to 6:00 p.m. Saturday.
