Section 171. Grant termination

4 AAC 65.171. Grant termination

(a) The department will, in its discretion, terminate a grant, in whole or in part, before the end of the grant period if the grantee fails to comply with the terms of the grant or of this chapter. To terminate a grant, the department will provide the grantee with written advance notice stating the reasons for the termination, the effective date, and, if the termination is partial, the portion of the grant to be terminated.

(b) Repealed 9/12/97.

(c) A grantee may terminate a grant before the end of the grant period, upon written notification to the department stating the reasons for the termination and the effective date.
