4 AAC 65.161. Disallowed costs

A grantee is financially accountable for and shall reimburse the department for money not spent in accordance with the regulations in this chapter and in the grant agreement. A grantee may not hold a parent or family financially responsible for the repayment of such money if the basis for the wrongful expenditure was due to any action of the grantee or provider.
