4 AAC 65.151. Monitoring and evaluation

(a) The department will, in its discretion, monitor, inspect, and evaluate the performance and progress of a grantee and provide the grantee with a written report of findings and recommendations.

(b) A grantee shall provide the department with access to its documents, papers, and records, and to those of the subcontractor.

(c) If a grantee fails to submit a complete and timely written response to a monitor report as required, the department will, in its discretion, withhold payment for administrative costs billed by the grantee.
