Section 91. Family eligibility determination

4 AAC 65.091. Family eligibility determination

(a) A grantee shall determine family eligibility.

(b) Family eligibility shall be determined not less than once every six months, on the basis of a family's documented eligibility under AS 14.38.120 , AS 14.38.130 , and this chapter.

(c) A family that is determined ineligible for participation in the program shall be provided with a copy of the documents used in reaching the determination and shall be notified in writing of the right to appeal under the provisions in this chapter.
