4 AAC 64.090. Reporting requirements

No later than September 30 of a year, a provider that received one or more monthly grant payments for the preceding fiscal year shall submit to the department, in a format prescribed by the department, a fiscal-year-end report that documents, by category, the provider's expenditures of the preceding fiscal year's grant money.
