4 AAC 62.060. Self-monitoring reports

The annual self-monitoring report required by AS 14.37.120 provides the licensee's assessment of its compliance with the health, safety, staffing, and program requirements of AS 14.37 and this chapter. The report must be submitted on a form provided by the department.
