2 AAC 91.331. Additional test waivers

The division of motor vehicles in the Department of Administration will waive the road test requirement of an applicant for an original license or renewal of a license under AS 28 if the

(1) applicant previously possessed the same class of license under AS 28.15.041 or a similar statute of another jurisdiction; and

(2) license was expired, suspended, revoked, or cancelled for less than five years from the current date of application.
