Section 920. Definitions

2 AAC 50.920. Definitions

In this chapter,

(1) "commission" means the Alaska Public Offices Commission;

(2) "minor" means an individual who is 17 years old or younger;

(3) "complainant" means a person, group, or nongroup entity, including the executive director or a commission member, filing a complaint under 2 AAC 50.450;

(4) "respondent" means a person, group, or nongroup entity alleged in a complaint or investigation report to have violated a statute or regulation that the commission administers.
