2 AAC 50.770. Reporting sources and amounts of income from self-employment

(a) For the purposes of reporting a source of income under AS 24.60.200 (1) and (2) from self-employment, a filer shall list the name and address of a non-retail customer, client, or patient of a

(1) sole proprietorship, partnership, or professional corporation in which the filer or the filer's family member is an owner, partner, or shareholder; or

(2) corporation in which the filer, the filer's family member, or a combination of these individuals owns a controlling interest.

(b) For the purposes of reporting an amount of income received as compensation for personal services under AS 24.60.200 (2), a filer shall report either the amount of income the filer received or the amount that the sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, professional corporation, or corporation received if the

(1) compensation was paid to a

(A) sole proprietorship, partnership, or professional corporation of which the filer or the filer's family member is an owner, partner, or shareholder; or

(B) corporation in which the filer, the filer's family member, or a combination of these individuals owns a controlling interest; and

(2) filer knows or reasonably should know that the source of income has a substantial interest in legislative, administrative, or political action.
