2 AAC 50.765. Controlling interest in a corporation

For the purposes of reporting a source of income under AS 24.60.200 , a filer or the filer's family member, or a combination of these individuals holds a controlling interest in a corporation if one or a combination of these individuals owns more than 50 percent interest or more than 50 percent of the outstanding shares at any time during the preceding calendar year.
