2 AAC 50.505. Filing

The timely filing for registering and reporting may be accomplished in one of two ways: either hand-carried to the commission's office on or before the due date, or placed in the mail so that it is postmarked on or before the due date. The date shown by the postmark is presumed to be the date it was deposited in the United States mail.
