Section 328. Reporting exempt fund-raising activities

2 AAC 50.328. Reporting exempt fund-raising activities

(a) To report a fund-raising activity under AS 15.13.040 ( l ), a candidate or treasurer shall state

(1) the total number of contributing participants;

(2) the date and location of the fund-raising activity;

(3) a description of the type of fund-raising activity; and

(4) the total costs of and receipts from the fund-raising activity.

(b) If a person contributes more than $50, the contribution must be reported as set out in 2 AAC 50.320.
