2 AAC 50.035. Duty to report concluded business interests

For the purposes of reporting information under AS 39.50.030 (b) on a business ownership interest that is no longer held but was held during the preceding calendar year by a filer or the filer's family member, the filer shall

(1) make an affirmative good faith effort to ascertain the information; and

(2) report the information that the filer knows.
